Under was the feedback that I received from KFC customer care at 19 March... more than 4 month ago. The branch did not contact me till today. This just shows how useless and KFC and all the branches are. It is a pity I could not paste the photo of the KFC that I have received on Hello Peter, but I will do so on Face book and print banners with the photo and paste it on all windows of Secunda KFC branches and all over town so people can see, maybe then I will get feedback.
