Still no response from KFC

Nearly a month has passed and I still have not received the correspondence that KFC was allegedly posting me.
I also did not fill in any complaint form that they are thanking me for in their original response on Hello Peter!!!

It took 2 hours after posting on Hello Peter to get a response from them.
I had been battling for over 4 months to get a single reply from them!!

This is what I was sent by KFC on the day I complained.

your complaint will be escalated and was logged on reference number P3/13/1102.
