Last year I've asked Edgars to please take the funeral cover off my account. Its been on there since 2006 and I never gave consent for it to be on there in the first place. They have agreed to take it off after a screaming match with one of their incompetent call centre people. This month I see its back on my statement. The same thing happened as in 2006, someone called me asking if I want the cover (I refused an put the phone off) now its on my statement again! If you call me in connection with this please check the tape where I agreed to this cover because I never did!!!
