Standard Bank is taking long to pay the funeral cover claim for my mother who passed on. The claim was submitted to them and no feedback was received, I even took a loan to cover my mothers funeral expenses. I am very dissapointed in standard bank, are you going to pay me back the inetest on the loan? What is the whole purpose of taking an insurance cover if it does not cover the funeral. This is broad daylight to the poor. If you know that you cannot assit the people in times of funerals then do not take their money.
I need you to urgently pay this claim because you have put me in financial problems because you dont care about your customers.
