I have been to the pavillion store and wanted to purchase a baby bathing set, the 1 with the changing unit, firstly i had to look for some one to assist me then waiting 30 min for them to check if the have stock only to be told no stock available i asked them to check if the other branches and left my contact details, so i could go and buy it from them. upto to date no one has contacted me and then i decided to go to the gate way branch about 2 weeks ago to buy it from the and again was told that only the 1 display stock they had, so again my wife gave her contact detail, again no 1 called.then my wife call only to be told that she will have to go and check if any stock available and to call back in 5 min, my wife called back 30 min later to allow for delay, then a black lady at the gateway branch who say she is the manage, told my wife the the warehouse is far and that the lady has not come back as yet and massive company like toys r us does not have a list of product on the system, are yourl not able to view what is where, and staff has no interest in helping the customer, yourl as a company will be hurt because of the attitude of your staff.upto to date i did not have my baby bath
