I called in to prime meridian to request for a funeral cover for my dad, the agent then accepted my request by suposedly processing a funeral cover, she then told me that it has immedaite cover of R30 000 for my dad, as long as the 1st premium was recieved .on the 4th of march, my dad passed away which meant i had to submit a claim, now they tellin me that they had made a mistake by offering me a living leagcy plan and that i did not disclose the pre existng condtion, and that this infact is not a funereal cover but sumthing like a life cover, I mean dont we have a law in place to protect us from this type of thing, All i can say fofr now is beware
