No response from FNB regarding fees

Looking through the fees structure i noted that FNB charges R49.00 for the unlimited account fees option on a Smart Acc. If you want the option of funeral cover they add the amount of R22.00 which totals to R71.00 pm. A while back I was contacted by FNB Life about funeral cover, not knowing I already pay for it in my banking fees (i wasn't informed on this at all) I agreed to take the cover from FNB Life. Now I pay 44.00 pm month for two different types of cover or just one? R22.00 might not seem much once off but it adds up eventually. And the fact that I wasn't informed of the fees including the cover or The fact that Life sells cover to me even though i am already covered spells greedy to me. Also I lodged a query about this on the FNB website with no response whatsoever.

I would like this sorted out.
