Incorrect debit for funeral cove

One question - Why am I being debiting for funeral cover I do not remember requesting for? I opened two new bank accounts and to my knowledge do not remember agreeing to funeral cover or even being asked if I am interested in it. Had I been asked I would have declined as I have this cover at Old Mutual and would not want to pay another installment for teh same thing.
You have been debiting my account since january with an amount of R70 odd Rands at odd times and I would like my funds to be refunded back to me asap.
I do not find it fair that you subject your clients to such, this is taking advantage of one. One has to sign a lot of papers when opening an account and I believethe funeral cover docs were included on purpose by your consultant.
