My mother was at the east rand mall branch to query about her funeral cover that she has been paying for, for over 30years since she had this account .wanted to find out if she put me as the beneficiary... to her surprise head office informs her that she is over 65 and does not qualify for the cover imagine after still taking the money for the cover they tell her she is to old to be covered. Head office could up to now not give her an answer as to where the money was going to if she is not cover, I want a reply or call within 24hr from head office surely the calls are recorded and I want that person to tell me as to why Edgars never informed her that she was no longer cover and since when do they just decide to not cover you any more but take the money...

are they like the insurance companies that take the money but when pay out come there are lots of issues
