Policy Cancelled without Authorisation from me

I joined Standard Bank in 2004, in 2007 I took a funeral cover with them on my savings account, I have been paying R120 every month since 2007, in 2009 I changed my account to cheque account with the knowledge that my funeral cover will also be transferred to the cheque account, because I thought the bank will continue deducting the funeral cover, I never checked my statement to see if the R120 was deducted or not. On the 27th of August I went to the bank to claim from the funeral cover as one of the person covered passed on, they then informed me that I don't have a funeral cover, then they explained that when I changed to cheque account the funeral cover was not transferred to the cheque account. This is not my fault, and I believe I should be refunded all the R120 i paid already, this is a bank fault, not mine. Please Kindly assist.
