On the 25th March 2013 I complained about not recieving feedback from Edgars on my husbands account, where was committed. Edgars ended up resolving the issue. We recieve a letter stating that my husband needs to fica, so we go to Edgars with the intention to fica and to make a purchase. We ask can we purchase on the account. Has the querry been resolved? We are told that the block has not been lifted. Edgars bluff tries to call the department and they are not answering their phone as normal. We get the number for the department and try to call them however no one answers. So what is the point of removing the purchases from the account when the account still can not be used because of the hold on the account. Why resolve a query half way. However they send a message to my husband stating that payment is required. This customer service of Edgars is very poor.
