My cellphone was on the 9th of January 2014, I went to Markham Parow Center with all my relevant documents for the Insurance Claim, On Saturday 11 January I did a follow up to find out that my claim forms hasnt been sent away yet, Tuesday I went to the store again to be told that it will take 3-4 weeks when I was originally told it will take 1-2 weeks, with musch frustration I'm not being kept up to date as to how far my claim is. I am the customer and I have to call the store everyday to be told the same story. I JUST NEED SOME FEEDBACK .. why am I paying insurance?.. I'm sure it doesnt take 3-5 weeks to pay out a cellphone insurance claim... This mornig same issue same story - I have to wait until Finrite calls the store doesnt Markham do follow ups everyday as thats what I understood the day I sent my claim in the sale person told me exactly that.
This is becoming really unexecptable!!! with much frustration
