I have been waiting more than a month for my cellphone claim. I sent my damaged 9300 in for repairs at CNA Blue Route at the beginning of January. I have so far, only heard a bunch of stories as to the phones current whereabouts.
Waseem at CNA says that finrite (the insurer) is taking long to get back to them. I was told a few weeks ago that the phone as not able to be repaired and would therefore be paid out. When another employee at CNA called to follow up, she was told that they had never received the claim forms and the phone was sent to storage. She then go disconnected and called back only to speak to a different person who said that they could not track the phone.
When I went into the store 2 weeks ago to follow up, I was told that the phone was in repairs (after being told the phone could not be repaired). Nobody knows where my phone is and nobody is getting back to me. I am, paying insurance every single month and I have the right to some answers. Waseem then told me he has passed on my info to the regional manager and I was told he would contact me the following day. This was 2 weeks ago and nobody has contacted me since. Roxanne Poole
