Poor Service at Game-King Williams Town

I bought a fridge on the 29th December 2013 at Game King Williams Town and It was delivered on the 30th December 2013. I was advised tp switch on the fridge only in the evenning and I did that as instructed. From the on set the upper section of the friedge did not work only the freezer section worked. I gave it a couple of days thinking that it will work. On the 7th January, I went to report the fridge and a customer service consultant informed me that there's no one in that section that day I need to come a day after but called someone else to come and assist me. The lady that came made a copy of the invoice & told me that they will send someone to come and assess it. No one came and I have calling on a daily basis even todate no one has come. Last week Mr Yose called and apologised and offered to give me R500 back for the inconvinience but promised me that by Thursday (16-01-2014) he'll make sure that people are sent to my house. I called the Sales Rep (Mr Mhlaba) that sold me the fridge on Friday (17-01-2014) to ask why no one has been sent as yet & he informed me that he's not at work and will make sure that he calls me by 12:00 today but I did not receive any call as yet.
