No response for claim of more 4 months

4 months ago, I submitted cellphone claim at American swiss at Westonaria branch and they told to come back in 7 working days. So I did go back after those days, I was then told that they did fax my claim, they still waiting for response. I went back again after another 7 days, I was told my claim had failed... I then requested documents that I submitted so that I can take them to my lawyers, they told me that they have misplaced them and said they will call me once they've found them, even today I'm still waiting for that call... what's worse is that the still debit the insurance premium even today, after noticing I went to the nearest Markham in Randfointein where they called the insurance company and the insurance (TFG) response was that they didn't receive my claims forms... so now I don't know what to do because at American Swiss they still cannot find my documents
