Their call center gave a not so true impression of goods and services they provide! Gave the impression of when not happy with the goods you could return at any time. NOT TRUE. After receipt of goods, decided to return the un-opened product. phoned the number on the delivery note, ( no invoice, no statement were attached on delivery of goods) left a message, no return call. phoned again, spoken to a costumer care person, which was rude and obnoxious, stating that we have no recourse, the conversations were recorded and we have to take it. BAD BAD experience!!!
