Terrible customer service and SHOCKING attitude

I received a gift from a friend. Upon receiving the gift they said that they've left the tag on so that I could exchange it if I found it not suitable. I did not have the receipt (as it was a gift) I then went to the Identity branch in the Newcastle Mall where the staff was extremely helpful. I didn't see anything there that appealed to me but they said i could exchange it at a later stage. I then went to the Amajuba Mall branch thinking that they might have something that's not in the other store. I saw a shirt i liked and approached the cashier whom i later came to know as Buyi. He asked me where my receipt was and i informed him that it was a gift and that i do not have it, however the other branch said they'd exchange it without. He was extremely rude saying it CANT BE DONE. I then turned to leave and decided to take a photo of the item to show the other branch so that they could transfer it to their branch. Buyi came in an aggressive manner telling me I may not take a photo. I informed him why i took the photo he screamed its not allowed. I will not be spoken to like that and I don't know if i would support the store again. This was the most distasteful experience ever.
