Order no 5093147, was placed on Sunday 14.July 2013. 10 items..Delivery date was the 17. July 11:00 - 12.00.
Delivery service did come on scheduled time with 1 item (plain yogurt) and no invoice that needed to be signed as POD. My husband phoned customer service and spoke to Clayton who was very helpful and apologized for the bad service, new date and time scheduled for our order was on Friday during working hours. Of course, that did not happen again. After contacting Clayton, who was again very apologetic and understanding, the agreement was that the goods would be delivered on Saturday morning and that he will leave all the information with the Call Center operator who will be on duty on Saturday as Clayton was off for the weekend. We received the call from the Call Centre on Saturday morning, as promised, that the truck already left Wood mead Pick and Pay Delivery Centre and that order can only be delivered on Monday 22. July WEEK AFTER IT WAS PLACED AND 6 days after it was scheduled to arrive. Apart from receiving the apology from Clayton and his willingness to help, 1 yogurt was delivered that, at this present time, costs us R 292.91. Not expected form Pick 'n
