Placed order with PnP Online shopping for delivery 8 Jan 2013. Phoned Call centre on the 7th to change delivery date to the 9th. The Call centre would phone to confirm delivery date change, they never did. Received sms notification for delivery on the 8th. When no delivery came, phoned Call centre who was going to check with the driver and phone me back. They never did. Phoned Call centre again, they couldn't help me until next morning. Next morning they phoned to say the delivery date was changed to the 9th but the system did not reflect the change. Later that day they phoned to advise me that the system is double charging the order but they will do an immediate refund. Today is the 14th and I still haven't received the refund of the overcharge. When order came however, the delivery note did not match the items delivered NOR did it match the actual items ordered. I sent back the entire order and requested refund. I received refund notifications on the 9th and 10th of January, the refund amounts to not add up to the amount deducted from my bank NOR has the money actually been refunded to me. It is the 14th already and PNP owes me R4, 667.82. PnP is now not responding to my mails.
