Inability to read prescription

I went to Clicks Southdale on 18 January 2014. I had been there previously with a prescription.
It was a repeat prescription so the prescription was left in the store.

The purpose of my visit on 18 January was to collect the next months supply of medication, as per the prescription.

Imagine my horror when the "Pharmacist" refused to give me my medication. He insisted that prescription was only for 1 month supply. I Pointed out a sticker at the back of the prescription which indicated that I had collected the 1st month supply. Why would a sticker be necessary on a prescription if no further medication was to be dispensed.

I went to Clicks Meyersdal, stood in another queue, and was assisted by a pharmacist who had the ability to read the prescription, I was promptly dispensed my prescription.

I am disgusted at the service received at Clicks Southdale, thanks to their incompetence, I wasted time and petrol going to another store as southdale branch was more convenient, I was under the impression that my expectation of the pharmacists ability to read a prescription would not be asking too much.
Worse than that, he hid at the back of the store and refused to resolve the issue.
