We purchased a Tevo vacuum cleaner from the Vanderbijlpark store on the 29th of December. We only used the machine a couple of days later when needed. From the first time the machine did not function as it should (it did not trap the dirt in the water as it said it would). After inspection it was clear that the machine did not seal around the inlet pipe, and around the seal. The whole top part was actually wobbling. Our whole household was sick for days with hay-fever afterwards.
So we took it to the game in Three Rivers to return the item. They said we had to take it to the store we purchased it from, which is 40km away from us. Finally we had the time to take it to the Vanderbijlpark Branch.

So now they cannot return the machine because it has to be inspected by their mechanics or whatever, and because it is now after the 14 day return period. It is clear as day what is wrong with the machine if they would just make the effort to look at the machine. Anyone can see that the thing does not seal. The whole unit is loose. So now we sitting with a house full of dust, and we have to wait three weeks for a new machine, just because no one can make a little effort.
