CELLPHONE CONTRACT

I took out a contract for my brother at Musica, you get a BlackberryCurve 9320 and a XBox and the advertisement cleary states the price: "for only R269 PMX24" Because my brother is 16 I asked them does the contract have a limit, are they sure that when the 120-Anytime Minutes and 20 Weekend Minutes PM are finished does the contract stop and can you then buy prepaid airtime to put on, they said yes. My brother also went to ask, and also my boyfriend on whose name the contract is, I'm still a student. He asked them to explain all the details of the contract and they clearly stated that it's a R269 a month contract with a limit and BIS included. The first bill came SEPT R141.84 then OCT 293, 93 then NOV 1284, 67. We went to musica and asked them what is going on fix the problem stop the contract if you must. The said they will query it from vodacom. Going back 2/3 times they still not having any info or solution. Next bill for DEC R1863, 65. Went to Musica told them STOP THE CONTRACT. They still haven't done anything. We had to call Vodacom ourself to stop the contract, pay an extra fee of R997.50 to put on a limit and find out the JAN bill is already nearly R2100. It's ridiculous.
