GAME not sticking to replacement policy!!

On 15/10/12 I bought a 220A Inverter from Game.
Doing my first weld with the machine, the Amps jumped from 110A to 210A.I took it back and was refunded.
I decided to buy a similar machine as I was busy with a project. After about 3 days during the December holiday when I used the machine it blew something inside. I then had to buy another welder in Park Rynie to finish my job. On my return to Rustenburg, I took the machine back to Game, Rustenburg. The machine was sent away on 04/01/13.When I enquired about my machine on 27/01/13 and the 3 weeks replace policy, I was told you do not work calendar days but work-days.
They have broken in at my house in Pennington (Natal South coast) and I need that machine urgently. If it is true what I was told, I can only enquire on 01/02/13.I am going down on 01/02/13 to secure my house and I can not wait for the welder. I can not work on a never-never scheme. Please help.
