Faulty Microwave from date of purchased in Octobe

I purchased a 42 litre Defy convection oven from Game on 17th October 2013. From the first time we used it, we noticed that the turntable didn't turn properly. when I approached Game, they told me that I would have to send it back for repairs. I returned the Microwave 4 times PERSONALLY to Defy themselves in East London, and with each collection being told a 'story' - the 4th and final return was on the 28 December when I insisted that they simply give me a New microwave? I have to date not heard anything from anyone at Defy, and yesterday phoned to speak to the Service Manager, he was apparently out and I was assured he would get my message and return my call. I'm still waiting???
