We bought a microwave from Hifi Corporation, after six months it made a terrible noise. It has been back to Hifi Corporation three times for repairs, who insist that it is Defy's problem to repair it and Defy will not replace it.
This has been dragging on for three months, while we have no microwave and have to travel to Woodmead every time to drop it off and collect it when it has been repaired. Only to find five minutes after using it, that it makes the same noise again.
