No joy from Manage

I called Defy to enquire about a part for a microwave, after hanging on for 5 minutes I asked to speak to the manager in charge of the spares, I was then put through to Donovan, I told him I had been holding on for 5 minutes, all he said was hold on please and tried to put me through to someone else, well after another 3 minutes I put the phone down, now I understand why my friends always tell me NOT TO BUY DEFY!
