We bought the 42l convection microwave 3 months ago and since day 1 we have had problems. When I tried to use the convection function it kept on giving me an error, when I looked in the booklet I saw that it was a faulty temperature sensor. We returned the product and Hi-Fi Corp exchanged it for us. After about two weeks the turning mechanism stopped working which resulted in food not cooking evenly. This time we contacted Defy and they said we should bring it in for repairs (please note that both times we had to return the product at our own expense).
Defy said that the repairs would take 2 weeks at the most, that wasn't true, it took 4 weeks and we they never kept is updated. (Again we had to go fetch ourselves).
It wasn't even a week and the thing is broken again!! So again we have to return it. I do not want this utterly useless microwave, and never again in my life would I buy anything with the name Defy!
