FAULTY DEFY GRILL MICROWAVE MODEL NO: DMO 343

Bought Defy Grill Microwave - within one yr light fuses and a day ago busy making 3/4 cup rice in microwave. When i take out tupperware - glass turntable cracked in half!!! imagine my shock!
i ph defy, firstly had to wait for a while before i got to spk to someone, had to relay my story four times before going thro to manager Donovan Petersen. expl to him my situation, no empathy. tells me someone who cleaned my glass plate must have done something to crack the plate which i know for a fact IT WAS NOT CRACKED!!!
and then he says: we not replacing the glass plate!!! Finish and klaar, end of story!!! Cold person, should never have been made manager, rest alone Regional Manager... he has got absolutely NO customer service skills!!! Now i got to pay!! spk to service cntre guy tells me no stock!!! last time my defy tumble dryer fuse blew took them three mths to ph my technician to say my part arrived!!! Wonder how long they gona take this time???!!! Shaun the guy from service centre was at least helpful... but yikes THIS IS THE LAST TIME EVER EVER THAT I AM GOING TO BUY A DEFY PRODUCT!!! Their products are definitely not what it used to be???
