I posted a complaint 10 days ago and no one has responded to me at all besides the cookie cutter standard PR response of "Feedback will be provided shortly. Your reference number is 0601140379/GO."
10 days to respond? Is that how long it takes to find out why you guys have no stock?
A portion of the unresolved complaint:
"Im very disappointed with the service received at Jet. I went in on the 23/12 and saw a pamphlet for huawei y300 for R999, from the 27/12. I asked if they had stock, they said, which is fine, and told me to come back on the 27th. I did and they still didnt have stock and kept on saying I must come back. i have been 4 times and they never have stock..."
