Nov 2013 - Received Clicks magazine with advertised products available. Went to 3-4 different stores in KZN to purchase the bangle holders & jewellery drawers; however all said to try in 2 weeks as they did not have stock & expected stock in 2 weeks. None bothered to take my details & contact me when they got stock. Eventually at Pavilion I asked them to call me when they got it. Gave them my details & waited. No feedback. Received the Mag again& the same product was advertised. Tweeted Clicks on 8 Dec 2013 about advertising something they don't have stock off. Got a response to ask which stores are near me so they can check if they have stock for me. Came back and said product not available in KZN. Funny how all the KZN stores I went to did not bother to tell me that. I then asked them to arrange to send to me or to a store in JHB & I can get a friend to collect. They asked for my details. I provided my details & waited. 13 Dec - no response so tweeted them again & was told 3-5 working days to get a response. 20 Dec - still no response. 02 Jan 2014 tweeted. Got a response saying they will investigate my complaint & get back to me. What were they doing all this time?
