Money not released for products not delivered

I ordered online paid with my debit card & then half the products were not delivered & money had to be released from Woolworths side according to FNB for the products charged and not delivered - that I spoke a few times to already

On the 5th of November 2013 I bought online & paid with my debit card. So certain things was out of stock of which made a difference in the price. I emailed and a Donny Rooi said he would see that that money is released - because I spoke to FNB & they said woolworths should release the money that was on the 9th of December 2013. Its now January 2014 & the money is still pending under debit card authorisation at my bank.

Order nr 084364681 - I was charged R373.14 but the final amount was R228.29
Order nr 083438740 - I was charged R589.18 but the final amount was R262.81
This will be the 5th email. The other 4 was via your website of which only Donny replied but nothing was done.
