Let down time and again by Woolworths!

On the 05th of March 2013 order number O46309012I order that was not received in full, I ordered 51 Choc Bunnies for a work function only 47 were delivered however the price for 51 was charged. I called they said someone would get back to me they never did so I had to go purchase the balance. Not to mention there was 1 item out of stock... On the 28th of March order no O38963770 I phoned 3 times about my online and asked if my order would be delivered at 16h00 they said not to worry it would be there before 16h00. Well my order came at 17h05 and there were 6 items out of stock and the domestos and Mr muscle shower cleaner were leaking which I discovered when I got home. Thankfully in a packet so no bleach damage to my car... On the 26th of April order no O51466767 was the last straw I phoned again to ensure my order would be received before 16h30 and again I was assured it would be. It was late again 6 items were out of stock and one item I was charged for and did not receive.
I have spoken to the Online Manager Stanley who said he would call me back yesterday and has not. And not once has anyone offered to refund me for the items that were damaged or not delivered.
