I saw staff changing expiry date stickers on salad products. Not good. Also prices of a lot of products are ridiculous, non woolworths products are so much more expensive here then anywhere else. Pronutro at R47.99. Pack of 4 avocadoes at R44.99 is ludicrous especially when all 4 of them are rotten inside. Took them back on same day and was told sorry these products are non refundable or exchangeable.
I was with my sister when i was at check out, and i forgot my woolworths card in the car. I asked my sister to run and fetch the card and i would get products through till, only to be shouted at by the cashier, "YOU CANT DO THAT, YOU HAVE TO USE THE CARD BEFORE THE ITEMS ARE PUT THROUGH THE TILL.". I am able to do this in eastgate branch so why not here. I tols the cashier not to shout at me. She clicked her tongue at me. I paid for the lot and waited for my change. the cashier then gave the change to my sister. I told her i paid for the products so can she hand the change back to me. She clicked her tongue at me again and called for the next customer. I called the manager. They spoke to one another and his response top me was i must not be rude to his staff. Goodbye Woolworths
