VERY UPSET!!!

I've placed an order for tabled & cover on the 5th of December, paid for it and offered to collect myself (after and although I've paid delivery fee).

They said I will receive delivery within first week of January, or shortly after they opened on 5th.
I've sent numerous e-mails, which they just don't respond to. They don't have any other form of contact (which they set available for THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS to contact them on. I haven't even received any form of tracking number whatsoever! DELIVERY TIME - 10 - 20 WORKING DAYS???
They are dishonest and from the public. The least they could do if they don't want to give out phone numbers etc. is to REPLY TO E-MAIL MESSAGES! I cannot even send message on Facebook, or post on their wall!!!
Just another proof that they are, are dishonest and don't WANT to be reached!

I WANT MY PRODUCTS THAT I'VE PAID FOR, OR I WANT MY MONEY BACK! FAILING TO DO SO, OR REPLY TO ME WITHIN THE NEXT 2 DAYS, WILL LEAVE ME NO OTHER CHOICE AS TO PRESS AND CHARGES WITH THE POLICE! I WILL THEN ALSO WARN OTHER PEOPLE ABOUT THEM IN ANY POSSIBLE FORM AVAILABLE IN THE MEDIA!
