i have bought a breast pump from Jet stores in JHB the bridge.the pump is still sealed we didn't't even open the box it was only opened by the security at the store. I sent my mom to exchange it for me and she calls to say they say the policy doesn't allow.then i spoke to the manager (Joel Mashaba in Midrand) if there are non refundable or non exchangeable products isn't it their duty to advise clients and he says no its not their duty and there is nothing that he can do to help me with this, so why is it on certain products like underwear and electric appliances they explain and on other products its different. I would like to get feedback as soon as possible.
