No Customer Service Skills

I went to the Hub at Retail Crossing in Little Falls today to exchange a pack of Boxer Shorts which my wife purchased for me and was the wrong size, they were not opened. I purchased about a R1000 of merchandise when I visited the store today and went to till where the cashier advised that I could not exchange the Boxer shorts. I asked why, and she told me that it is underwear. I asked her to call the manager, when he came I advised him that the pack was not opened and that it was not classified as underwear as well since I was going to use it as sleepwear. He was arrogant and told me blatantly that he cannot help me in any way possible. His attitude towards my wife and me was like, please leave me alone you are irritating me and I don't care.
I would like to say that a pack of R70 Boxer shorts is not the problem, the problem is how Hub treats its customers and that we were going to purchase a R1000 worth of products from your store and a simple thing as bad attitude makes me not want to step foot into The Hub again. I wonder how many other customers this manager has offended.
