I phoned Clint about my faulty dishwasher. It was leaking water and gave error codes. We arranged that they will come to my house at a cost of R200 to see what is wrong. Anthony, his technician, only showed up 16h45 the following day. He didn't even touch a screwdriver to open the machine, and just said it's the circulation pump that's faulty. They charge R1450 for a new pump. I didn't have the money at that time, so I phoned around for prices. The actual price for that pump is about R700.. less than half of what they want to charge. I opened the machine myself, and found that the pump is in very good condition. There is a leak where the water drains... I e-mailed Clint & Yvette about it and didn't receive any reply from them. I asked that they must let me know what they are going to do about the bad service I received, because I paid for a guy to stand with his hands in pockets and tell me that it's my circulation pump. VERY BAD SERVICE!!! Please DON'T use these people...
