I went Edgards in Alberton City this week, I made a purchase which came to a large amount.
when i got home my Boyfriend explained that all the items i have purchased were the incorrect size.(2 shirts and underwear). He never even opened anthing or tried on anything on as it was an obvious error.
I returned to Edgards yesterday to exchange these 3 items all was fine except the underwear. I was told that there is a clause stating that Edgards does not accept any returns on underwear. This is understandable, however we never even opened the sealed box at all and Edgards woud not even hesitate. They said straight that they will not change this (this item was R300) so i bought the new one, and am now stuck with the previous one. I do understand that there are certain procedures but no one was even willing to try and help me and i think this is poor customer service. ( i also noticed that someone else returned ladies underwear that had the price tag stapled to it, would love to know how they got that right if i could not exchnge a sealed item)!!!
