Woodlands - massive ques. No staff planning. 15 people in que and only 3 cashiers open. the last time this happened i was promised that this matter will be resolved. A few weeks later and the problem is still there. Wanted to buy one item (yogurt) saturday around 4pm - massive ques at normal tills and cigarette counter. Walked out and went to checkers
Surely your merchandising dept should know how much to buy of each product to avoid empty shelves? It looked worse than the day before Christmas!
PNP you better pull your socks up. Not even the 25% vitality healthy food cash back will keep me coming back if you do not sort these problems out. i would rather go to checkers and get ebucks
