The morning of the 11 of June 2013 I went to the parts department for advise regarding my Samsung diamond drum model number WA80V3. The machine is giving me an 5E error and that means not draining the water.
I told the sales person I have done all the troubleshoots as on the internet and what can it be. He said I should take a change to replace the pump. I bought the pump 10:37 and replace it on the machine. I have run a cycle and the error still appear. I went back to give the pump back as this have not solve my problem.
The guy refuse to give me my money back. He is arrogant and I will never ever buy anything from him again, and tell my contact what bad experience I had.
This is unacceptable as there is nothing wrong with the pump. When I ask him what should I do with the pump, he arrogantly answered that is a spare. What normal person keep spare of a washing machine pump for in case it broke in the future.
