I bought promotional packs of Omo and Skip, followed the steps to claim my guaranteed prizes. Guess what? It's been more than 3 months and I have not received any reward. I have only been contacted by the call centre agent a few times, made numerous dates, but still, Unilever has not honoured the reward promised. My loyalty to the brand has waivered.
Lesson learnt: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
