I purchased a Kalahari coffee table from your store at Retail Crossing, which did not contain any of the screws or instructions that are required for assembly. I then went back into the store, where I was told that they had to be ordered from Head Office, and that they could not give me an estimate of when I can expect the items to arrive at the store. I am still waiting 2 weeks later for some sort of progress as I am unable to make use of the table until I receive the required parts. The staff did not seem helpful at all as they said they would "contact head office". I would just like some feedback regarding this as no one seems to know what is going on currently.
