I went to Homemark, Mimosa Mall and enquired about the Comfy Chair. I was advised that they did not have it in stock, but will order it for me. It would take about 7 days, which was fine with me, I only needed it in 2 weeks time. My details was given and so I awaited a response. Almost 2 weeks passed and no response from them. I went to the branch and they said they have not seen this product for a while. I was furious, why could they not have told me this from the beginning or just gave me a courtesy call to tell me this.
I ordered the product directly from Homemark and they assisted me and said they will arrange with the couriers to have it by me by tomorrow like I needed it in the first place.
