ONCE AGAIN ACCOUNT BLOCKED

I went into CNA to buy some stationary for my son; I get to the counter to pay with my Edgars card only to be told it is BLOCKED. I was so embarrassed but Sithembisa (apologies if I got name wrong) at the CNA in Greenacres was very professional. She got Edgars head office on the line and I spoke to some very trumped up, uppity and downright rude young lady who told me my account had been blocked bcause it had not been FICA'd... AGAIN. This is the 3rd time that they have done this despite me going to the Edgars Greenacres branch where the GM personally assisted me the first time to get it done.
I asked why and got some story about bcause my account has high credit limit they do it ONCE A YEAR AND I WAS NOTIFIED.
I tell you I was not; she insisted i was and I must "go back and check my emails"; by this time I was fuming and felt like a common criminal. I am slammed down the phone at this stage.
I went home, checked emails back to September 2013 and NOTHING/NIX/NADA.
I have been with Edgars for over 30 years and I am tired of their absolute lack of regards for regular, faithful customers who keep their accounts up to date!!!
