Dear Sir / Madam
I bought a Samsung machine at game Canal Walk last year, on the 2013-1212 it started giving me problems of not finishing the cycle. I used it again on the 2013-12-14 it stacked with my clothes inside, I then call the game Canal Walk to send the technician they requested me to send the copy of the slip and they never send someone. I called again on the 2013-01-07 they told me they logged a call with another company and they later they claim that they called me but my phone was off. I went back on 2013-01-09 and they logged it again since then they promised me that the technician are coming, till today no one.
My clothes are still sitting inside that washing machine, I can see the water even turned green inside. Now my clothes are also damaged.
