Last year 25th August, I bought a Samsung washing machine and was told that it was of the latest models. Three months into using the machine, it started make noises when spin drying. I went to GAME CLEARWATER were I bought the thing and a gentleman was sent over to adjust the machine. The machine does not work, on first cycle of washing, it takes in water and stops. I have had to drain the water manualy using that small little tube. I have been sent from pillar to post by Game and Samsung. I bought the machine using my card and can be located in their system but won't help because the need the original proof of purchase.. I have spent over R2117 taking my laundry to a laundrematte while I have a washing machine. Samsung is full of it. And thereafter I was promised that a Samsung agent would call and look at the machine, I am still waiting. When I call, I am transfered from one end to the next and told to be patient. Patient my. I will taking this matter further as I have to stress over poor service and an infirior product. SAMSUNG and Game pride themselves over false promises.
