I am SO annoyed. Bought my eco bubble washing machine a month ago and within a week it broke. The technician has been at my house THREE times to fix it and no luck. I have spent countless hours phoning Samsung telling them that it's my right to receive a brand new washing machine as they can't fix this one and it's a MANUFACTURERS FAULT! Its been three weeks, can't wash my clothes, needing to send it to be washed, for a washing machine i paid R7000 for. Absolutely disgusted in Samsung. Is this how they treat their clients? Do they expect me to go almost a month without a washing machine already? I want to take it back to Tafelberg Furnishers, get a refund and rather buy Bosch!
