Two weeks and still no delivery?

Hi Guys,

I'm contacting you on behave of my little sister who placed an order on the 27th of December (order # 100027767) and she still hasn't received it. I have bought from [URL Removed] and it has always been a good experience, so I'm not really sure what went wrong. Please will you look into it?

I really think its unacceptable for to wait this long for a package.
