Dear Peter.
We have reported to Game Clearwater that our washing machine is spewing out a black rubbery substance that is damaging our clothes terribly. First wash is always whites so you can imagine the costs involved to replace these items.
It was reported to Samsung under reference no: 7111816921 and then again 3101196907.
While still being under guarantee, we have now been told that we will have to pay for the call-out as the problem is cold water and detergent related.
The machine is sold as being suitable for cold water and Skip and Omo are offered as cold water washing detergents.
From the two calls we have had from Samsung, it is our responsibility to clean / wash / rinse the machine with HOT water to clean out the junk.
It has been a week now and we still cannot risk machine washing anything - all done by hand now.
So what do I do?
Samsung say it's is not their problem and they refuse to put their statements in writing so that I can pass it on to the detergent manufacturers.
Tough times buddy - it seems Samsung are not as good as their Korean financed marketing claims.
