I purchased a Samsung Toploader from Game Canal Walk. I chose Samsung seeing as though they are one of the leading brands on the market. First wash, something seemed odd. The clothes go in dirty and comes out wet and dirty. So, I thought I did something wrong and read the instructions. Second load, still does the same thing. I called the Samsung call centre they gave me a ref number and said that a technician will come out to us. Promise, the technician did come to us and checked the connections and the machine and saw no fault. He proceeded to do a load of washing, exactly as I had done and also could not explain why the clothes is not clean after the wash. He then gave us a letter to take to Game to have them credit me. I took the letter to Game and the gentleman Dan advised me that he has to wait for a report from Samsung before he can credit me, took my contact details and... did not contact me. 3 days later I called Game again, Dan advised that Samsung still did not send the report. I then called samsung and spoke to Kosi, much to my dismay, he said that Samsung will not refund me!!! WHY!!! WHAT MUST I DO WITH YOUR PRODUCT IF IT DOES NOT DO WHAT ITS INTENDED TO DO!!!
